The Solicitor of the City of Roswell Georgia Municipal Court
Roswell Municipal Court has its own full time Solicitor, Mr. Milton Barwick. Mr. Barwick has been prosecuting misdemeanor criminal cases for over 35 years, having started his prosecution career in Fulton County State Court in 1976.
He became the full-time prosecutor for the Municipal Court for the City of Roswell in 2001.
